Dream Makes Chinese ITF Taekwondoists Fly Higher

The 2019 China ITF Umpire Seminar and Examination, the 2019 China ITF Technique Seminar and Examination and the 2019 Technique Seminar and Examination for Dan transfer from WT to ITF held by the China ITF officially kicked off at the training base of the China ITF on June 11, 2019.
These comprehensive Seminars and Examinations were jointly lectured and conducted by Master Xu Changhu (8th Dan), Master Hou Zhe (7th Dan) and Master Song Yongde (7th Dan), and attended by more than 60 instructors and deputy instructors from the Regional Associations and Provincial Associations of China ITF. The 4-day schedule including seminar and training from June 11 to 13, followed by a public examination on June 14.
Through participating in these Umpire Seminars and Technique Seminars conducted by China ITF, all the instructors’ hearts are full of love for ITF technique. They carefully studied and simulated the referee training, and fully master the ITF umpire standards and technical standards. The China ITF will select excellent judges through this Umpire Seminars and Examination, so as to prepare the umpires for future domestic and international championships and ensure fair and just competition for each participant.
At the same time, it needs to be highlighted that the ITF traditional taekwondo enthusiasts who participated in the 2019 Technique Seminar and Examination for Dan transfer from WT to ITF this time are elites of the WT. They have the desire for ITF taekwondo techniques, which has already become a holy place in their hearts. The China ITF welcomes all ITF taekwondo enthusiasts and will apply to the ITF Headquarters for the ITF Dan certificate for them as long as they participate in Technique Seminars conducted by China ITF and pass the rigorous examination of three masters.
The WT Delegation headed by Dr. Chungwon Choue, President of World Taekwondo paid a visit to the ITF Headquarters in Vienna, Austria and held friendly talks with Prof. Ri Yong Son, the ITF President and other senior officials on 6th April. 2019. For the ITF, the WT and all taekwondoists, all taekwondoists in the world are one family. Chinese taekwondoists should learn from each other and carry forward the spirit of Taekwon-Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit.
This comprehensive Seminar and Examination has made full preparations for the “sixth China ITF Taekwon-Do Championship” in 2019. I believe that all the Chinese ITF traditional taekwondoists will have great harvest after all. I hope that every family member of the China ITF can become the leader of Taekwon-Do spirit, and lead all people who love ITF traditional taekwondo in China to put on the wings of their dreams and fly higher.
