ATF Constitution legalizes the fundamental principles, Rules and Regulations of the Federation adopting the Constitution and controls the overall activities, management and operation of Taekwon-Do organizations in Asia. the following version has been in force from the moment when it is adopted at the at the 9th ATF Congress held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on May 10th. 2018
